Refund Policy.

Once the trial ends and your first payment is taken, that payment and any payment after it are non-refundable. You had the full product free for 3 days to decide.

• No refunds for cancellations made after a payment has been taken
• No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
• No refunds for months where you simply didn't use the product

You can cancel whenever you like, and you keep what you've already paid for.

• Cancel any time from billing settings in your dashboard — no email required, no retention call
• You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for
• Your subscription simply doesn't renew after that
• Your content stays yours — anything already published to your site is unaffected by cancelling

This policy is about refunds for service you received. It does not cover genuine billing errors.

• Charged twice for the same period? Contact us and we'll refund the duplicate
• Charged after you cancelled? Contact us and we'll put it right
• These are billing mistakes, not refund requests, and we fix them

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where local law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from a purchase, that law takes precedence over this policy.

If something looks wrong on your bill, talk to us before disputing it with your bank — a chargeback takes weeks, and we can usually sort it the same day. We handle support in our Discord, which is open to everyone, no account needed to join.
