About
An SEO and AI visibility platform built to do the work.
SEOLadders takes the products and brands of founders and small teams and makes them the answer — on Google and inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity — without hiring an agency or learning SEO first. Not merely getting found: owning every topic your buyers search in your niche, until you are the name that keeps coming up.
You connect your site. It maps the topics worth owning, researches the keywords you can realistically win, writes and publishes the articles, watches for pages that slip, and tracks whether the AI engines actually name you.
It is one product rather than a suite, because the work is one job. Research that does not reach a published page is a report, and a published page nobody measures is a guess.

Who builds it
SEOLadders is built by Samuel Kwesi Afriyie, a software engineer who kept losing whole weeks to the same loop: map the clusters worth owning in one tool, research the keywords in another, spend an hour on research for a single article, write it somewhere else, chase technical fixes in a third tool, publish by hand, and track the lot in a spreadsheet that was always out of date.
Then search stopped being one thing. The same buyers were asking ChatGPT and Perplexity, those answers named a handful of brands, and none of the existing tools could tell you whether you were one of them. SEOLadders started as the thing that closed that loop for his own sites — including this one, which runs on it.
It is self-funded and built in the open. There is no support queue: mail support@seoladders.com for anything account-shaped, or samuel@seoladders.com to reach him directly. Progress is posted on @Kwesidev3.
What we believe
It does the work, not the reporting
Most SEO tools hand you a dashboard and a list of things you should probably do. SEOLadders picks the topics, researches the keywords, writes the article, publishes it and tells you what moved. The dashboard is there when you want to check — it is not the product.
Google and AI answers are one job
Buyers still search, but they also ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity — and those answers name a few brands and skip everyone else. Splitting that across two tools means neither one sees the whole picture, so we track both from the same topic map.
One plan, no upsells
There is a single tier with everything in it, a 3-day trial, and five seats included. No per-seat billing, no add-on modules, no sales call to find out the price. What the pricing page says is what you pay.
Every number has a source
Figures come from your own Search Console, Analytics and crawl data, or from the engines themselves. If something is not connected, the product tells you rather than estimating — an SEO tool that guesses is worse than no tool, because you act on it.
